I need a technique clip for this one... Collar tie with tricep wrap over the top of the other arm to throw by. I am solid with teaching a bump by from this position with elbow high and bumping opponents collar tie by but the variation with the over wrap I'm not as good with. I've got some longer armed guys that should be able to use the overwrap throwby effectively. Hope this description makes sense. JAiken |
