How did you manage it as an athlete and how do you manage that kind of training as a coach?
How did you manage the intensity of each workout throughout the day?
Was each workout carefully planned or did you train by feel?
How did/do you mange which practices will have more live wrestling, which ones will be more technical and which ones will have both?
Anything specific you do with your athletes to keep them from pacing themselves? (You know, maybe cutting some corners or not pushing as hard so they won't be as sore/beat up for the next training session.) More »
